1. Our commitment

We aim to make www.canopusbank.com usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people using keyboards, screen readers, magnification, voice input and reduced-motion settings.

Our target is substantial conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.

2. Accessibility features in this build

  • semantic headings, landmarks and navigation;
  • a skip link to main content;
  • keyboard-operable navigation, disclosure menus, tabs and dialog controls;
  • visible focus indicators;
  • alternative text for meaningful images;
  • responsive layouts and scalable text;
  • reduced-motion support;
  • high-contrast text and restrained use of colour;
  • forms with explicit labels, instructions and status messaging.

3. Known limitations

Some detailed editorial illustrations contain visual information that is summarised in alternative text rather than described exhaustively. External regulator websites and email applications are outside our control. Browser and assistive-technology combinations may behave differently.

4. Feedback and alternative formats

If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need content in another reasonable format, contact hello@canopusbank.com. Please identify the page, the difficulty and the format or adjustment that would help.

5. Assessment and review

This build includes automated and manual checks for structure, keyboard access, responsive behaviour, alternative text and contrast. Accessibility should be retested whenever substantial content, code or third-party services are introduced.

6. Statement preparation

This statement was prepared on 31 July 2026 and should be reviewed as the website and project evolve.
